This home offers one-story living at its best with no stairs to worry about climbing as well as an attached garage. The kitchen features soft-close kitchen cabinetry, top-quality appliances, and granite countertops. All of the furniture in the house is brand new from the bar-height kitchen table and chairs in the kitchen to the leather power reclining sofa, loveseat and chair in the living room to the beds and mattresses in the bedrooms. All of the windows now have brand new custom Levoior cordless blinds which have just been installed. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom suite, as well as a king size bed in one guest bedroom and two twin beds in the other. There is a brand new 65 inch smart TV in the living room with a DVR, a brand new 50 inch smart TV in the kitchen/dining room, as well as brand new smart televisions in all of the bedrooms so there will be no arguments about what shows to watch. This home is close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach, but it is quiet and provides plenty of privacy. This house on Marco Island was absolutely lovely. It was clean, spacious, complete, inviting and had every amenity one could wish for. The pool was fantastic, the kitchen was better stocked than any other rental I've used, and there was plenty of comfortable space for a group of five senior adults. The house was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, the beds and linens were so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with things I needed to prepare meals and the pool area was stunning.
