This 3rd floor, 1,100 square beachfront condo sleeps four, with one king bed, one queen, one twin, and two bathrooms. With a cup of coffee or tea in your hand, begin your day in a true Marco Island fashion on the soothing balcony overlooking bundles of palm trees and mangroves lining Tigertail Beach. You never need to worry about finding a seat, as the balcony features a plethora of chairs and even a table precisely placed across the balcony. Be sure to end your day here as well, with a tropical blended drink in hand as the setting sun turns the sky a brilliant orange. Throughout the day, when you’re not at the beach, enjoy comfort at its finest, with cozy furniture placed perfectly around the flat-screen television in the living room. To enhance your comfort, the interior, with its seaside décor, is brightened by the sun that enters through the sliding glass doors, creating a feeling of pure paradise. These doors are in both the living room and bedrooms, so you may find yourself leaving them open to enjoy the fragrant tropical breezes. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all of the modern appliances and cookware that you need to make the perfect meal to enjoy on the wooden dining room table or balcony. Ceiling lighting would help and light wall paint. Needs updating. The kitchen was well equipped. Though nice to be on the beach; the marathon walk was discouraging. The pool was great! Loved the peace and quiet and the daily 2 mile walk inside the property. Laundry card needs more instructions to load. Liked being close to elevators and laundry room. Rental price is too high.
