are truly steps from the beach! This condo offers a queen-size bed with a dresser and large closet, as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen has
everything you need to help you prepare your meals. The 27 TV is equipped with A VCR/DVD player is needed to enjoy movie nights. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or

after-dinner drink on the screened lanai overlooking the pool with the Gulf of
Mexico in the background (if you're lucky, you may even see one of Marco's
gorgeous sunsets)! Beach chairs, towels and equipment are supplied for your
convenience whether you decide to go to the beach or pool. Grills, laundry facilities and a covered designated parking spot are also provided.

Beach access is great and convenient! All the chairs, umbrella and beach wagon made hitting the gorgeous beach easy. Pool area is so nice and lush, really enjoyed our stay. Only wish is for a larger bed in the bedroom, otherwise, perfect!

It is a beautiful condo and well kept. They only bad thing was the carpet in the bedroom needed to be cleaned and a light fixture in the closet hallway was missing a cover. Overall though it was a lovely condo. We would stay there again.

Perfect size for my husband and I. We love the private beach entrance right across the street. The condo has everything you need for a day at the beach. We loaded the wagon with a cooler, pop up tent, floaties, towels and beach chairs. The pool is a great option too! Kitchen has all you need for meals if you want to cook. Basically a little home away from home!

The condo is located in a great place on Marco Island. It also has several amenities such as a private beach entrance and a pool. The condo itself is small. The bed is slightly smaller than a queen bed. You do have a view of the gulf.

Property was clean and the pictures represented the property accurately. Hurricane had come through the week prior, so the complex's ground floor amenities were closed, unfortunately. There is a private entrance to the beach only for the condo complex, which was nice.

Although it is across the street, it has a beautiful view of the ocean and a very manageable walk to the beach. There is a closet packed full of most of the things one would want to take to the beach, including a cart to take it all down in and a cooler! My only misconception on the listing was that the laundry was in the unit - it is a laundromat style, so bring your quarters!
