The community is exceptionally quiet and is virtually never fully occupied, even during high season. Many condominium developments on the island require you to park in a parking garage and walk a very long way, upstairs, by elevator and around past other units to reach your unit. At Sand Star Villas, you park directly in front of the unit and within 8-10 steps are comfortably inside the unit.
