Inside, you’ll find an open layout, charming coastal decor, and plenty of room to spread out. A private washer/dryer and central AC add a layer of comfort and convenience. Whip up delicious dishes in the updated, full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. Grab a bite at the window-front dining table, or step back out to the lanai to dine alfresco. Spend time at home playing board games or watching the latest release on either streaming-capable TV. THINGS TO KNOW Guests must use their own credentials for streaming services. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: Dock details: 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 45 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
