It offers panoramic views of the beach. The condo has recently updated bathrooms and kitchen. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, TV, and DVD player, while the guest bedroom has twin beds and a walk-in shower in the bathroom EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay. Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass. If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00\. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3. CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back. We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID. ATTENTION: READ MESSAGE BELOW BEFORE YOU BOOK. This house is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee.
