The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and a breakfast nook to enjoy the paper and a cup of coffee. The living room enjoys new leather furnishings and a large flat-screen TV. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and views of Tigertail lagoon. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed. Both bathrooms have single vanities and tub/shower combinations. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy the spectacular view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico! AMENITIES FOR ALL GUESTS Gated with 24-hour Security Tennis Courts/Pickleball Courts (Court Fees Apply) Boat Slip Rentals (Additional Fees Apply) Exercise Room Short Walk to Tigertail Public Beach offering concession, barbeque grills, picnic tables, playground, restrooms, bird watching tower, small recreational water rentals.
