This 2nd floor, 1,100 square beachfront condo sleeps six, with one king bed, two fulls, and two bathrooms. With a cup of coffee or tea in your hand, begin your day in a true Marco Island fashion on the soothing balcony overlooking bundles of palm trees and mangroves lining Tigertail Beach. You never need to worry about finding a seat, as the balcony features chairs precisely placed across the balcony. Be sure to end your day here as well, with a tropical blended drink in hand as the setting sun turns the sky a brilliant orange. The theme of the interior is seaside serenity, as it takes its design cues from the surrounding beach. With the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, the boat deck-inspired wood floor and sand-inspired walls are brightened by the natural sunlight. These doors, which are located in both the living room and master bedroom, slide open to the balcony and provide you with gentle ocean breezes throughout the day. Onsite gym was nice and it is convenient to everything on Marco Island.The only things I wish I had known: 1) Although the condo is on the beach, it is a 10 minute walk to the water once you hit the sand. It is the longest beach I have ever seen. Be prepared.2) Pool is nice but closes at sunset (locked). We would have liked to swim later but couldn't.3) View from the 2nd floor is not that good - mangroves block the water view. A keycard would be so much easier. Our unit was clean with the exception of finding a Cheeto chip in the bedding when we checked in. We had to wait around all day for a housekeeping crew to come and remake the bed. They had no explanation for its presence in the bed either. There are signs everywhere stating rules and restrictions of South Seas. It sure takes the fun out of the moment when you are inundated with nos. ##### Donald S. Reviewer Comments: My family and I were harassed by two employees. At the pool we were told not to move the chairs and if we did not comply Tracy threatened to close the whole pool for the week. My 15 year old daughter was stalked and harassed in the fitness center by a man who had a gray mustache and wore a South Seas navy t shirt. There were several other inconveniences: no food at pool, no in room laundry, multiple keys needed to get in and out of facility, dated accommodations, long walk to get to the “beach”.
