Located in South Seas Tower 3, 18th floor, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom, recently updated beachfront condo with balcony offers views of Marco Island's crescent beach. The kitchen boasts of granite countertops, to custom flooring, cabinets, and lighting. The living room features a large flat-screen TV, and ample comfortable seating for guests. Both bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed. The master has a custom bathroom and huge walk-in closet. The unit provides a beach cart, umbrella, towels and chairs to make for a perfect beach vacation! If you are traveling with little ones this unit has a stroller, pack n play and high chair. A mom's dream came true! There are plenty of beach/pool noodles, beach buckets and shovels to use as well. Travel light as this unit is perfect for a family's stay. The décor is lovely, We had plenty of everything we needed. Despite being close to the elevator, it was very quiet. We are avid pickleball players and this is a players heaven. They have 10 courts that are busy every morning. The beach is beautiful and large, with many shells to collect, including sand dollars. This unit was well appointed but had a few issues. Both showers need grab bars for safety. The unit entry door handle did not latch such that it can be pushed open without turning the handle if the deadbolt is not locked, and the deadbolt lock was difficult to operate with the key. Overall we were very happy with the condo and would rent again and recommend for others. ##### Dennis H. Even with all of our paperwork in order he argued with us. The remax office stated that that should not have happened and that they are going to talk to him. Our room had not been cleaned, all of the patio furniture was inside the bedrooms, it was almost 80 degrees inside the unit, and the water and water heater was turned off. The remax office did send someone from the cleaning staff the next day after I called them and she did offer to clean, however I had already done it myself. The walk to the beach is much much longer than what the pictures show. If you have small children I would not recommend this location because it takes 10 mins to walk to the beach from outside the building. The pool closes at sunset. The lady that manages the pool was not very nice. Several times she would bring a water hose around the tables and chair even if they were occupied and spray under and around them with absolutely no regard given to if she sprayed someone or their belongings. She picked up pool noodles that had mistakenly been left at the pool and tore them up and threw them away while laughing saying “if they were wanted they wouldn’t have left them”. The units do not have washer and dryers in them and you have to load a prepaid card to be able to do laundry in the laundry room at the end of the hall outside the elevator. You have to pay an additional $50 once you register with the condo association itself for parking which you have to do after your initial check in with remax. ##### Maria Q. You can see the sunrise, but not the sunset during our stay in February. It was adequately furnished, although it does need some updating and purging of some extra furnishings. More storage or pantry for food would be helpful. We did need to purchase a blender and we gifted it to the condo, as well as a new master bedspread. The Leda sculpture is a conversation piece!
