Spectacular Family Getaway!

Condo was perfectly equipped with beach essentials, kitchen utensils, bath towels and the "in unit" washer and dryer were ideal! Local restaurants were great and we loved the short trip into Naples. If we return to Marco Island, staying here is a definite!

A week in paradise

Stunning views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Everything was just as described. Bed was comfortable and the unit was very clean. The closet is filled with a beach supplies. We bought a new, larger umbrella & anchor and left it for others to enjoy. Great place!

Perfect beachfront stay

We loved our stay! Lucked out and had great weather. The elevator was often waiting for us in the lobby so we never had to wait long. Beach access is easy and there's always room to set up your own space. We walked to most restaurants. The unit was clean and had everything we needed.

Fantastic Beach-front Location!

We had a wonderful time on Marco Island. From this top floor condo was fantastic. The unit was comfortable and we appreciated the beach and pool equipment. The only reason I’m not giving the overall experience five stars is because the cleaning supplies and toilet paper supply were a bit skimpy. But we would stay here again. Thanks for a great location for relaxing family vacation!

Stunning view with gorgeous sunsets from the balcony

Stayed for 1 week. Condo was spacious, clean and easily accessible to the grocery and many restaurants- only a short drive. Very safe and secure location. Nice pool and hot tub. The beach is just down the path - gated entrance so don’t forget your key. Shells shells and more shells. Great location. Kitchen is fairly stocked with cooking utensils. Lot of towels including beach towel and beach accessories which is always a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Condo

This condo was perfect for our 45th anniversary trip. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for the beach and during our stay!! Plenty of towels, more than we needed. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. Views were sensational! Will stay in this condo again!!! Loved it!!

comfortable, clean and great beach

Condo was comfortable and has a great location in Marco Island. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils, air condition worked great, and plenty of towels and beach chairs. Only slight problem was when we checked in at 3pm the cleaners were only starting on the condo. When finished, the condo was extremely clean and worth the short wait. Great time in Marco.

Back to the Beach

We had previously stayed at Seawinds and liked it that’s why we were back. Truly beach front, a little skimpy on some cleaning supplies but we’d happily go back. Property manager was outstanding. Very quick to return calls. Overall, I’d give it 5 stars.

Stunning view, amazing location, Super clean and comfortable space!

The title really says it all the view was incredible, every night having a stunning sunset right in your bedroom or living room, Perfect location Beach, pool and room within minutes. I feel the cleaning of the space was above and beyond I felt very comfortable. And the room is well appointed with beach things that you may need and a full kitchen. We found ourselves having at least one meal per day in the room, most of the time breakfast, and just bringing it to the balcony, enjoying the view. Just great all around !

Perfect size for us!

At first I thought maybe this condo was a bit small but after a day, I realized it was perfect! We didn’t plan to do much cooking, the beds were comfy, and the balcony was ideal for watching fireworks, everyday beach activities, and keeping an eye on dolphins. Loved the pool, especially in the mornings. Lots of nice restaurants and groceries in the area, too. Thank you, Jacci - you are now our favorite host and own our favorite condo!

great sunsets

We had a great time. The view from the condo is great. We were able to dolphins every day from the lanai. (the binoculars were a nice little touch) This condo is a bit small for 6 people as described but was ok for the two of us. We would definitely consider renting this unit again. Picking up the keys and dropping them off was seamless. The beach towels and chairs worked out well.This condo was a good value for the price.

40th Anniversary

We came down to Marco Island for our 40th wedding anniversary with some friends. We picked this condo due to location for what we wanted. It was perfect! We were on the 17th floor and what a view. Never took long to get down or up on the elevator. Was hard to decide ocean or pool both were amazing. So many places to eat on the island and fun outside bars. Everything we needed in the condo to make our own dinners and breakfasts also very clean with extra towels and sheets. It was a great stay and we will be back and would again stay in this condo.

Beautiful location on beach row.

Very clean and well maintained lobby, halls and outside. The down side is there is no easy way to get your items in or out of the building. The walkways all sloped making going up or down with the shopping carts tricky. Very difficult for the person with walking and balance issues as our party found out.But both elevators worked all week and seemed to be waiting when we came in. Hats off to the maintenance staff of the property.

Pleasant Penthouse-It’s a Long Way to the Top

We are fans of Sea Winds and have stayed in different units and always enjoyed our stay and interactions with a different local property management group. We were excited about staying on the 17th floor penthouse unit and were absolutely satisfied with the unit. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working all week. The Sea Winds staff was incredibly gracious in manually operating the elevator for guests. One evening keys were locked in the elevator and we made the trek to the top. When communicating this inconvenience to the property manager, the concern was dismissed and the representative was unprofessional. We love Marco and our stays at Sea Winds and any future visits will involve a different property management company. Thank you to the owners who provided a wonderful unit to stay on this visit.

The elevator broke down. Poor communication with office staff as to what our options were. It was only after 4 phone calls over a span of 4 hours that they could get us down in the emergency elevator. That was not told To us in the beginning. Beautiful beach day wasted in the condo. Could not get in touch with host VRBO kept knocking me off…was very disappointed. Probably never renting via VRBO. No accountability. Very frustrating with all the extra charges as well while the price per night seemed reasonable all the charges added were a lot. Also furniture outdated.
