ATTENTION: READ MESSAGE BELOW BEFORE YOU BOOK. This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival. This corner unit on the 15th floor offers an outstanding view! Enjoy a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront condo featuring new living and dining room furniture. Experience all the comforts of home, including picture-perfect sunsets from the balcony. Both bedrooms and bathrooms boast new tile flooring. The master and guest bedrooms are furnished with new queen sets. The living room includes a sleeper sofa suitable for children, but not for adults. Adjacent to the Apollo, there's a restaurant, and just a 10-minute walk north from the parking lot, you'll find additional restaurants, a movie theater with dining, and mini-golf. EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay. PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival. NOTE: This building will have construction being done on the 01 and 02 balconies starting July 20 and last thru October. Limited to no pool access during this time. Beach access will be available! Noise maybe heard throughout the building. CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. Your condo was perfect in every way! Loved the view, and the porch furniture was so comfy, we spent ALOT of time out there just taking in the beautiful water and sunsets. Being on the 15th floor on the corner, we could see for miles!! With such a beautiful beach we never used the pool, but it was always clean when we walked by, and the grounds are well maintained. Inside the condo we found everything we needed, and having the beach chairs in an outer locker was awesome and so appreciated! Everything in the kitchen was so tidy and clean, and although we really only 'made' breakfast there, if we wanted to do more cooking we could have :) The 'only' thing I would have liked was to have softer beds, but this is a personal preference.
