Located on the 14th floor, it features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, boasting a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico and the expansive beach. A brief stroll through the pool area leads you to these serene waters, and the pool area itself offers a large, heated pool and spa for relaxation. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the guest bedroom contains two twin beds. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room includes a sleeper sofa suitable for young children. Each bedroom is equipped with a television, and a large-screen TV with HD channels is available in the living room. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, tennis facilities, a heated pool, a jacuzzi, and convenient beach access just a short walk from the pool area. EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay. PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo.
