Beach Access! \*\*\*New flooring installed October 2018, pictures do not reflect\*\*\*2 week min in season\*\*\* San Marco Residences has the setup, but most importantly, the location you need for your next vacation! Located directly across from 1 of only 4 public beach access points, the complex offers all guests the direct beach access everyone desires. Take advantage of that beach access without having to pay those beachfront prices! On top of that access, the complex is located just a half block north of the newly finished J.W. Marriott!!! Voted America's most desirable island destination, Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands, located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure. Attention Renters - Throughout the summer 2024 the building will be going through an exterior painting project. It is expected to take roughly 3 months to complete barring any weather delays. Prep work for this project will begin right around April 22nd and work set to commence May 1st on the east side of the building. The only downside was that both of the doors leading to the bedroom were loud so if one of us woke up and did not want to wake the other closing a door or opening it would end up doing that anyhow. It also has a very nice terrace viewing Collier Bvd and is really quiet. There are many restaurants nearby and some of them are walking distance. Reviewer Comments: One of the most uncomfortable rentals we have ever experienced. Mattress on the bed has to be 10 to 15 years old, Not a comfortable chair in the unit. AC did not work for the first 11 days of our rental. owner was not very responsive to repairing the AC but did have the unit replaced after 11 days. Shower could use some assist handles, shower offered only a small flow of water. Who ever cleaned the unit prior to our arrival put the wrong size sheets on the bed. ##### nicholas t.
