The property is quiet, the pools and hot tubs are lovely, and marina traffic outside the lanai is interesting. Grocery stores and eateries are convenient, and traffic is easy. The fishing is fantastic, caught snapper, snook, sea trout, grouper, lady fish, yellow tail jacks all from the private pier. Place has great pools, verrrry family friendly, great staff, the ladies in office are wonderful, Christie from security who walks the grounds and pier keeps everything feeling very safe. I have been renting for over five years at Riverside, twice a year, love it, love Marco island. There are also great restaurants near by, snook inn and Annie’s for ice cream. ##### John D.
