When you walk in, a bright and open great room greets you. Complete with an upscale sofa and two plush armchairs in front of a wall mounted flat screen TV, this impressive sitting area is perfect for a family movie night or a game night in front of the fireplace. The sliding glass doors offer a clear view of the private pool, lanai, and waterway at the back of the home. A formal dining room is located right off of the main living room up against a large bay window overlooking the front of the property. This elegant dining area has a large table and seating for four under a gorgeous glass chandelier. The chef of the family may have to pinch him/herself once they see this incredible gourmet kitchen. Tall ceilings, soft lighting, imported tile flooring, sleek black appliances and granite counters make this a culinary playground! This gorgeous house was perfectly maintained and well-appointed with everything we could possibly need. The location was super convenient, close to great restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Although we didn’t need to go to the beach, having such a great pool and hot tub. The dock was a great spot for fishing!
