Please be sure to take all the garbage and drop them in the garbage drop down located in the laundry room. This is to avoid any smells and or insects infestation.
Finally be sure to have turned off lights and or TVs and and raise the AC thermostat between 3 to 5°
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great vacation spot

Great view of the beach. Unit has more 'extras' than any place I've ever stayed. Nice pool. The whole building was clean and homey.

Great place

This is a great place for a couples get away. Clean and well stocked with all the things you may need. The property grounds were well kept. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. We would definitely stay here again.

The sunset views are spectacular from the balcony and we really enjoyed the beach. The condo has everything you need. We had a wonderful time and Nick was great to work with. We will come back again.

Just bring your clothes! This condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay on Marco Island…very clean and the view from the balcony was everything! Would absolutely recommend and would stay there again.

Great view and property!

My husband and I stayed for the month of March and really enjoyed Marco Island and the unit. Everything you need was available. Loved the sunset views and the beach. Would stay again - thanks.

Great Host!

Nicks place was a beautiful home-away-from-home!! There was everything we needed for a months stay. The veiw is beautiful and the building is amazing, location,location,location!! Nick was wonderful about corresponding and even when an issue came up, he was very accommodating and worked everything out with a friendly attitude. We were just sorry to not get a chance to meet him!
