Located directly on Marco Beach, this third-floor beachfront condo has stunning views and amazing amenities. Enjoy beautiful southwest views looking down Marco's white sandy Crescent Beach. It is a remodeled two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with a completely stocked kitchen with all new appliances. There is a king in the master, murphy bed in the guest bedroom, sleeper sofa in the family room plus televisions in each room. There is beach equipment available for your use in the storage closet located on the 1st floor. You have complimentary 5G Wi-Fi available in the unit. The Gulfview Building is located in the heart of Marco Island. You are close to shopping, restaurants, and plenty of island activities. The condo has a large pool, gym, two grills, pickleball, tennis courts and bocce ball. Enjoy your own assigned parking spot as well on the same floor of the condo in the covered parking garage. The JW Marriott with two beach front restaurants is a ten-minute walk on the beach.
