We enjoyed the lanai but would have found regular chairs and table height more comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that the beach was close and convenient. The pool was very nice and consistently clean and warm every day. This was especially nice for February. All the other guests and owners that we met were friendly. ##### Kirk M. Hidden gem! When original owners sold I was a bit worried we’d feel like strangers but everything was meticulous as previous trips. The extras from welcome kit to tips and hints gave us new places to explore and memories to be made. The condo is well located right across from the pool and 5 minute walk to the beach. It was quiet and relaxing. The only disappointment was that the kitchen lacked supplies. There was no salt or spices, only 2 tablets for the dishwasher, not 1 coffee pod, no containers or tupperware to put in leftovers, no saran wrap or aluminum foil. Usually when we rent a condo, we find these things leftover from previous renters. It was a hassle to have to go back to the grocery store after we had arrived . Our family of 4 stayed in this unit Christmas week 2021\. Communication with the property manager (Mark) with a few questions upon check in was prompt (within a few minutes via e-mail). The unit was clean and equipped with everything you need to cook a meal and take to the beach (beach chairs/umbrella were in good condition and 2 coolers available to use). The location of the condo was awesome; just a short walk across the street and you are right at South Beach access. We didn't use the pool, but it is right outside the entrance to this unit.
