We stayed for the 4th of July weekend with another family. The home was spacious enough to accommodate 8 ppl (adults and children) comfortably. The location is an easy walk to the beach, several stores and restaurants. The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Amazing Vacation home!

Perfect location for our family beach trip. Loved my morning jogs to the beach, very friendly neighbors, and a garage full of beach gear for people of all ages. Pool was full of floaties that the kids loved and dad got a lot of use out of the high quality grill. Hope to return in the future!

Super villa in a great location

This is a fabulous villa, extremely well equipped and with loads of space. The pictures don’t do it justice. The master bedroom suite was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. We had a great stay and particularly liked the location close to the beach and also walkable to local restaurants. Would highly recommend.

House was spacious and comfortable for our group of 6. It was a short and easy walk to the beach and the provided carts, wagons, beach chairs and toys were great. The island has a strict noise ordinance and the house is equipped with noise meters to monitor that. We had a great stay! Thank you!

Great Family Retreat

Would definitely stay there again. The house was actually nicer than the description, large rooms, pretty much stocked plus some and a few other areas. The lanai needed a bit of cleaning due to construction nearby but not an issue. Responsiveness is the owners was near instant and helpful.

We had a great stay with our family. We had plenty of room and privacy. The master suite was spacious and great amenities. Our only issue was the cleaning crew was cleaning up until about 45 mins after check in. They were very nice and we brought our luggage and groceries in while they were finishing.

Amazing stay at Marco Island

We loved this house! It was clean, had most things we needed, and close to the beach/restaurants/shopping. The internet was down when we first arrived which was a bummer, but the hosts were quick to get a repair person out (our baby monitors use WiFi). We had everything we needed for the beach with little kids. We would definitely come back to this quaint little island and cool house!

Girls trip

The house was absolutely beautiful! All the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach supplies were great including coolers, umbrellas, carts for beach supplies and 8 beach chairs. The pool was warm and very fun with lots of seating around the whole area. It was walking distant to some of the best restaurants on the island. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return next year !!

Quiet and Comfortable House

This house met our needs while on the island for a family wedding. Host was responsive when several issues came up. Great location, it's an easy walk to beach access. Plenty of room to spread out compared to a hotel room. Appreciated being able to pull car into garage out of hot sun.

Beautiful Home and just a very short walk to the beach

Everything was great, the only thing was the pool and spa were mostly in the shade (all day). Which maybe because of time of year(November)(?), but it was so close to the beach we just went there for the sun. Otherwise, would highly recommend all around. They had pretty much everything you need there, beach chairs, umbrella, stroller, etc. was a great stay.

Wedding week stay

Justin & Megan provided us with the ultimate house and experience for our wedding week stay in Marco Island. The house was very clean and gorgeous!! Spacious, and had everything we needed to make our stay so much fun and such a special memory. The location of the house is prime, we were able to walk to most places, and even stumble home from our wedding at the Hilton. Fall Break

The property was well kept. The home was well stocked with supplies for just about anything you could think of besides food. This saved quite a bit of money and reduced the amount of things to be wasted at the end of the trip. The screened in porch was our favorite place to sit every evening to enjoy the nice weather. The owners are quick to reply and very helpful.
