Unlike other galley-style units in the building, this private condo is uniquely situated as an 'end unit' and boasts walls of windows throughout that afford you scenic vistas from the spacious living & dining areas and master bedroom.   
  
You can enjoy lovely views of the sparkling beaches, beautiful waters and magical Gulf of Mexico sunsets from our 44-foot wrap-around balcony--yet another feature Unique to this condominium. There's even a small terrace off the kitchen which overlooks Marco Island, so you can catch the sunrise as well.   
  
MASTER BEDROOM: (1) 'Comfort Plus' king size bed awaits you in the master, complete with luxurious designer bed linens, keeping you in the lap of luxury!   
  
GUEST BEDROOM: New twin bunk beds and a queen bed!

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
