Welcome at the Octopus House!iYou’ll love having your morning coffee on the lanai every morning overlooking a glistening ocean, white sand and palm trees. Comfortable 2bd/2bth condo with sweeping views of entire Crescent Beach. Enjoy uncrowded beaches! Walk to Tigertail Beach- the Seashell Mecca right from your condo! This is a true paradise. You will not want to leave. Your feet can touch the sand and water in a few minutes. All equipment and toys are in the second bedroom closet. The beach towels are in the hallway closet. Tons of seashells await on the shore! Fishing anyone? There are 2 fishing poles in the master bedroom closet.
South Seas Club offers all activities possible- tennis, bocce, shuffleboard, pickle ball, kayak rental and boating.. all at your door step! Excellent guard manned walking property. Walk to nearby breakfast or dinner restaurant or drive to town to explore a plethora of fresh seafood restaurants. Esplanade is just minutes away for your dining and shopping experience. The resort style heated pool is downstairs just off the lobby elevators. So is the well equipped workout room. Feel like a fishing, shelling or sunset cruise? Amazing tours are leaving daily from Goodland, Fl or Isle of Capri. You can even take hydrofoil for a day trip to Key West. And there is always Naples, just over the bridge to explore so much more! 30 minute drive! You will love the Island vibe with music nightly in many restaurants bayside.
Comfortably sleeps 5 or 6 if you have small children. 3 beds total. Laundry is just few steps around the corner from condo. Check in/out is on Saturdays for weekly rentals between April 1st and December 31st. January 1st through March 31st are monthly rentals. Check in is at 4pm- check out at 10am. Monthly rentals start on the first of the month.

We loved this condo. We thought the view was so amazing. Everything we neede was available. The owner checked on us to make sure our stay was excellent.

Great location great value

Very nice unit and location. Spacious, clean and walk to beach. Great amenities. We had one issue with a water leak from the unit above us and worked through it with Margaret and resolved the situation.

VERY NICE

The property and the unit we rented were very nice. Very clean, with the kitchen well stocked with all the utensils one would need. The balcony has a wonderful view of the ocean. I think anyone staying here will be very happy.

Condo was Great

Our Condo was great and clean, great view of beach. Very happy to be on third floor as two out of three elevators seem to break down. Couple of cons on property not the condo, need three keys to be on property, having three grown children with us needed to make sure someone was able to be at door to let them in main building as it locks early..pool closes at sundown and no music, tossing ball, no food or drinks in pool area..other than that we had a great time..

Beautiful Beach Condo

We absolutely LOVED the condo!! It was everything we were promised it would be. The Owner was amazing and responsive to all my Questions. She was so sweet and wonderful and gave the BEST directions on obtaining the keys and made everything a breeze. I highly recommend this Unit to everyone!! Thank you!!
