As you walk in you are greeted with an open floor plan; kitchen open to the living room and the sofa that has been positioned to take in that beautiful view. The master bedroom has a king bed, the bathroom has a shower and there are his and her sinks. The guest bedrooms have a queen bed and two twin beds. Both guest bathrooms have walk in showers. The Somerset Condo is a gated community and is located close to several shops, restaurants, a movie theater and many other amenities. We appreciate the ease of staying on the beach especially with a toddler. We always rent a car so we can explore the island but there are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. This unit could use a few updates and attention to detail but overall was nice except for the couch. It needs to be replaced before we would rent this particular unit again. Beach chairs, umbrellas (I purchased one), sand toys, etc all needed replacement. Small things like dull kitchen knives, worn pillows and bedding and bifold doors that didn’t open properly took a little away from a truly great condo unit.
