Come and relax on this slice of heaven on Marco Island! This is our home away from home, and we hope you make it yours too. The home has beautiful wide water views from most of the rooms with 2,100 square feet of bright indoor living space! Enjoy a 10 minute stroll to white-sand beaches, shopping, movie theater, mini-golf, restaurants, and much more! The large, screened lanai offers a private heated pool with direct views of the waterways, enjoying sun for most of the day. This home has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a memory foam king-size bed and an en-suite which is a perfect escape after a day of water activities or sight-seeing. A set of bunk beds and a memory foam queen bed in the second bedroom offer a haven for either kids and teenagers, or nice a private space for a family of 4, where they can sleep closely, but comfortably. The third bedroom has yet another memory foam king-size bed to ensure all guests can relax in their own space after a fun filled day of outdoor activities. The kitchen, dining room, living and family room all have spectacular water views. The house features a beautiful, bright kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a four-burner electric cook top; perfect for cooking for the whole house. Sit down in the family room to relax and watch some TV; You will have access to Netflix, Hulu and Disney+! Step outside to the large lanai and enjoy the breathtaking open water views. Whether you choose to do some grilling, jump in the pool, or just sit and relax on the chaise loungers, you will feel all your worries slipping away. The home also has a deck, which routinely offers sights of passing boats, manatees, dolphins, manta rays and various types of fish. We encourage fishing from the deck or bring your boat and take advantage of the world-class fishing available in the nearby waters of the Gulf! With almost direct access out to the Gulf, boaters will be out in the open ocean in no time! If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to message me. Marco Island has everything you could want for a wonderful vacation: white sandy beaches, water and land sports, shopping, dining, music, movies and much more. This is paradise on the largest island of the Ten Thousand Island chain! South Marco beach is a 10 minute straight walk away, as well as multiple dining and entertainment options in Marco Walk Plaza! \-Pet fee: $150\. Please note that pets are not allowed on beds and there will be a $100 charge if fur is found on any of the beds. \- Dogs are not allowed in the pool. There will be a $200 charge if pet fur is found in the pool/filter. NOTES: 1\. We have a weekly pool service/maintenance and biweekly lawn care service. Please be advised that these contractors will be on the exterior of the property to ensure that the required maintenance and upkeep is up to standards. 2\. We offer starter supplies for our guests (coffee k-cups, paper towels, toilet paper, a few garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent pods, toiletries, etc.) and the guest will need to purchase any additional supplies needed for the rest of their stay. 3\. We have a security camera on the exterior only (over the garage facing the driveway) as well as a security/ring camera doorbell. We do not monitor these cameras after you have arrived except for safety purposes only and for ensuring adherence to our occupancy rules. Absolutely no cameras are anywhere inside the house. My only complaint would be the dog hair that seemed to be everywhere - especially in the pool area. Our towels were always full of it. None of us have pets so we really didn't appreciate all the hair. The pool and pool area also needed cleaning. Dead palm fronds needed to be hauled away the first day and we tried skimming the pool as best we could - need new skimmer. The report said pool was to be cleaned on Mondays, and this was a holiday, but it was never cleaned while we were there. We had the most wonderful time on Marco Island in this beautiful and well equipped home within walking distance to many things, including the beach, shopping, restaurants and bars. The things that stand out are the two king sized beds with great mattresses, fishing gear, bicycles, the pool and plenty of pool toys and THE DOCK that we spent many hours on with plenty of room for a boat. Great fishing from there and our last morning a dolphin came by and wished us a safe trip home! The kitchen had everything you would need to whip up a fabulous meal and there’s a nice grill in the pool enclosure though we chose to partake in all the awesome restaurants on the island this trip. Gina was a text away and very helpful with any questions we had. Absolutely no problems at all with the home or communication! Super clean! All six of us agreed that this was the best spring break vacation we’ve taken since the boys started school…they’re 15 and 17 now! The house was clean and cutely decorated. Stocked with everything we needed plus a few unexpected treats like pool floats and champagne. It had everything our family of 6 needed to have a great Christmas and New Year. The home is stylishly furnished , equipped, and super clean. Gina was a great communicator. She shared all the needed information prior to our arrival and was quick to respond to inquiries during our stay. We can't wait for our next visit to Marco. The home is a short 10min walk to the public beach access and many restaurants. My only suggestion is that a fat tire beach trolley/wagon and a few more back pack beach chairs are needed for families. ##### Stefanie M. Everything about this house is delightful. The location is in walking distance to everything straight up to North collier Blvd- at the entrance to the public beach! Also many restaurants and shops at the Marco walk plaza. The house is spotless, with a big kitchen, and 2 1/2 baths, which is a big plus ! The pool is warm and overlooks the water. The owner , Gina is very easy to deal with, though we don’t usually have any problems. I highly recommend this house, just hope it doesn’t get too popular so it’s available when we stay again! ##### Barbara S. I only had to contact Gina once. The grill needed repair. She responded immediately . A new grill was delivered ASAP. We had family and friends of all ages. It's walkable to the beach. The little kids lived in the pool. I like to fish and spent time fishing off the dock. The house worked out great for us. ##### Daniel T.
