This 2,300 square foot waterfront house sleeps eight, with one king bed, two queens, two twins, and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. The lanai overlooks a tranquil waterway lined with palm trees, giving you a striking view as you swim in the heated saltwater pool or luxuriate in the hot tub. With all the pool toys that come with the house, the only way to get the kids out of the water is to fire up the gas grill and serve a poolside barbeque on tables with cozy wicker chairs. The house comes with a dock you can use for your boat or jet ski or simply as a place to dangle your feet in the water and spend a little quality time with your new neighbors, the seabirds and jumping fish. Inside, modern comfort meets tropical color, with stylish dark leather sofas and chairs sitting alongside lush indoor palms and ferns. Sunlight streams through arched windows, brightening the coral-hued tile with natural light. The kitchen features barstool chairs along the granite countertop and comes with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve meals on a glass table with a lanai view or a more formal dinner table beside an arched window. Each bedroom offers a television along with ample closet and drawer space, and the master suite features a rattan bedroom set and sliding door access to the lanai. Each have thier own bedrooms with a bathroom to share while we have the master with our own bathroom. We all absolutely love the lanai with the pool and hot tub. It is close to South beach and all of the shopping and eating places. We love the extra's of beach chairs, the beach wagon and the beach cooler. The house is very clean and very well maintained. The management service is amazing and replaces/helps with everything we needed immediately. The only upgraded needed is that the bed pillow, bath and beach towels all need the be replaced as they are getting wore out. They are the same ones we have had for all three years. A wonderful rental house I would recommend to anyone. I only gave a 4 star on the condition of the pillows and towels. ##### Joseph W. The perfect house for our grown children and their spouses with enough space for 8 people. This was our second time here and we booked already for next year. The management company is outstanding. We are so happy we switched from VRBO to them. The communication and respons is amazing! The only upgrades we see would be to add more comfortable bed pillows and replace/upgrade the bathroom and beach towels. They are getting a little thin and worn. Reviewer Comments: Initial impressions were very good. Property was clean and well presented. However, pool was not heated when we arrived and was not repaired for three days due to issues after Hurricane Ian. This is understandable but very disappointing that Marco Villas were not aware before we arrived. Bed in second bedroom collapsed but was fixed same day. Large plastic drinking tumblers were cracked and several leaked and need to be replaced Utensils: Could do with a water jug and pizza cutter. For a house said to take 8 guests, the number of knives, forks and spoons is minimalTo our knowledge, pool man came just once during our three week stay. He is due on Wednesdays and we were home all day. Bottom of the pool needed cleaning. There is no clothes horse outside for drying swim shorts and towelsWe had a great time at this property, which is in a great location for supermarkets, shops and bars.
