Our light and open home epitomizes the best of Marco Island's attractive beach-getaway lifestyle. You'll be delighted with the perfect combo of sunny pool/spa and coveted shade on the covered portions of the large lanai. The well-stocked kitchen opens to the living and dining rooms for memorable gatherings with your family and friends. For the lively gathering in the kitchen, there are four stools at the kitchen counter. Two couches in the great room allow you to comfortably view both the water and the 65 flatscreen TV. Relax with games for family fun and an extensive DVD collection with Blu-Ray players in the great room and master bedroom. The office has an executive desk, ergonomic chair, computer with dual monitors, and a black & white printer. The high-speed Wi-Fi has been boosted to cover the entire home. Ceiling fans throughout the house and lanai keep the air moving. Directly off the lanai with gorgeous water views, awake to the sound of the spa cascading into the pool from the spacious primary bedroom suite which has a brand-new king bed and a 55 TV. The large primary bath has a walk-in shower, luxury tub, dual sinks, and a vanity. A separate guest wing affords privacy, has more water views, and its bath conveniently doubles as a pool bath. There is also a 55 TVs in the guest bedroom and a 40 TV in the third bedroom. For those who want to sleep late (or if you want the kids to sleep late), the third bedroom has blackout curtains. Our home is an easy five minutes to the beach and restaurants, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Fish from the dock or sit back and watch for dolphins. For your enjoyment, we have ample beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cart, collapsible coolers, tubes for the pool, beach toys, and boogie boards. Park in the attached garage with space for two more cars on the driveway. This is your perfect getaway! My family was pleasantly surprised and impressed with all the conveniences of the home. My only suggestion is to have an exterminator spray for gnats often by the pool. This house was wonderful! The kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances, silverware, cups, utensils and towels. The beds were very comfy. Location was great! We could get anywhere on the island in less than 10 mins. House was fully stocked for a beach day. Chairs, towels, bags, cooler and carts to haul out to the beach. We bought a couple cheap umbrellas and left them there. Pool was great and so was the spa. It is fully shaded. However, we were able to get sun from the dock.
