Two good sitting areas and an office that can double as bedroom. Not superfancy, but in good shape and great spot for family of 6\. Plenty of room. Well-appointed kitchen. The pool faces north, which means there’s no sun over the lanai during the day in the winter, which was a slight disappointment. The outdoor Lanai area was nice but we had a couple issues with the pool and spa working. The management company was great to work with but we had several repair people come to the house during our stay unannounced including deck repair and vertical blinds people to address issues that we didn’t call about. The decor is in good condition, but could use some updating. Overall, the house meets all of the basic vacation house criteria, but we would probably not stay at this house again due to the lack of sun over the lanai and the issues with the pool and spa. ##### Jenny P.
