This 2nd floor, 1,300 square foot condo sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen bed, a sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms. Every morning, you’ll be woken up by the sound of the gently waving palm trees surrounding you. As you’re enjoying your morning coffee or tea on the balcony, the brick courtyard of the Esplanade, with its fountains and colorful storefronts of upscale retailers, small specialty stores, and an eclectic mix of restaurants, is right below your feet. Some of these storefronts include CJ’s On The Bay, Mango’s Dockside Bistro, Deep Lagoon Seafood and Oyster House, Cold Stone Creamery. The image of the promenade with a backdrop of yachts docked in Smokehouse Bay is just a look away from any of the storefronts. One of those boats might be yours since you’re only a short boat ride away from the white sand beaches of undeveloped tropical islands and from Marco’s dockside restaurants. We watched from our home in England via our cameras as the hurricane storm surge engulfed our house on the Isles Of Capri. Friends confirmed that 24 inches of muddy sea water had flooded the whole of the house, everything inside was ruined. We had to come out to start to clean up and rebuild but knew we couldn't stay at our house. This apartment was absolutely the perfect place. We loved it. Central to all the restaurants on Marco and close enough to Capri. The bonus was great weather, a spotlessly clean pool and a great little gym. Highly recommended. ##### PAUL J.
