Amazing Gulf of Mexico views from the terrace of this 14th floor two bedroom, two bath condominium in South Seas Tower 3 that can accommodate your family or friends. The living room has a large sectional sofa, comfortable chair and flat screen TV. The dining room seats six. The condo boasts of an oversized balcony with loungers and table and chairs to dine alfresco while enjoying magnificent southern views of Marco Island's crescent beach. Enter the balcony from the living room and both bedrooms. There is a queen-size bed and TV in the master bedroom and twin beds in the guest bedroom. Included for your enjoyment are beach chairs, beach towels. The condo is old and outdated with really uncomfortable bedding and rust on the showers, etc. All in all, decently clean, but for the price, I would've expected more. Beware that they expect you to do your own laundry, as well as a long list of chores that left me wondering what I was paying a cleaning fee for, before you leave and you have to pay for it.
