Reviewer Comments: I have been going to Marco since the early 70's and started staying at Seaview in 1996\. Seaview 304 is a special paradise that can't be found anywhere else on the South End. Closest Condo to the Beach without being actually on it. For rentals or owning Seaview is the place to kick back, relax and enjoy life. ##### Larry S. Our family loves coming back to Marco and this condo specifically. It is full of great old memories and we build new memories each year we come back. We loved the view from our balcony. You could watch all the activity of people heading to residents beech and walking up and down the street. You could also see the ocean between the building.The access to resident beach was perfect. You could see all the cars lined up to try to get into the public parking across the street and we just walked over. The condo was in great condition. Plenty of beach chairs and even fishing poles.
