Luckily, they have, as it sleeps eight, with one king bed, one queen bed, one bunkbed, one murphy bed and three bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. As soon as you take a step through the front door, prepare to be mesmerized by the view of the turquoise canal lined with palm trees and other tropical plants of the lanai. Out there, the view is even more enjoyable while you’re floating in the heated pool or hot tub or reclining on the sun loungers. The lanai is so peaceful, the only sounds you’ll hear are wind rustling the palms and water lapping against the dock, where you can tie up your boat or watch for a passing dolphin or manatee while reclining in the Adirondack chairs. Enjoy waterside dining at its finest with a gas grill and an outdoor dining area cooled by both the seaside breeze and ceiling fan. The tropically decorated interior is a dream in its own right. Modern furnishings blend with a seaside décor consisting of driftwood sculptures and seascapes. The gleam of the sunlight further enlivens the tiled interior. The house was clean and had plenty of towels and wash clothes. That is not always the case when you rent a house. The only downside was this house doesn’t have bicycles. We were kinda bummed but rented a golf cart and we may never ride bikes again! LOL. Only other thing I would suggest would be new cook ware. There is also a lot of boat traffic since this house is on the main canal to the marina where CJ’s is located. We would definitely stay here again!! The pool had not been heated prior to our arrival but the rental company sent someone to the house as soon as we contacted them and fixed the issue. Reviewer Comments: This house is located toward the end of a quiet road, but close enough to bike to restaurants, shops, and Tigertail beach. Great location! Very safe. The view is amazing. We saw dolphins two days that we were there. The pool is also very large and the hot tub was a nice perk during our early January stay. The main bedroom and bathroom are huge. Very close to the main bedroom is another bedroom with bunk beds. They were very comfortable and perfect for younger kids, but we also had a teenager in the room. There is a bathroom attached to that bedroom so a perfect option for teens who want their own bathroom. On the other side of the house was another bedroom with a bathroom beside that. Perfect for an older kid or a second couple or grandparents. There is another very small room/office off the kitchen with a murphy bed, but fine for a teen or adult who doesn't need much space. The living areas in this house are huge. Two big family rooms. They also have a great space for games/puzzles - a separate table from the dining table. The house was great and I would definitely recommend it. We did have trouble with the televisions and another issue, but we got help with those issues from friendly people. The view from the house was stunning at sunsets. The pool and jacuzzi was amazing & so refreshing after a long hot day. The house was comfortable and beautiful with every detail considered. It was sparkling clean and the vacation rental company was attentive & quick. Rent this house!
