It sleeps seven with one king bed, two queens, one twin, and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. Which pets get to come on this trip? They all do. This is one of the few rentals that permit both dogs and cats. The heated L-shaped pool offers up a view of towering palm trees against a blue-sky backdrop. The house comes with a gas grill so you can barbeque burgers and have a great poolside lunch on the covered lanai overlooking the scenic canal. Feel free to use the dock behind your house for your boat or jet ski or simply as a place to sit and dangle your feet in the water and spend a little quality time observing your new neighbors, the seabirds and the jumping fish. Inside, the home was furnished under the theory that there’s no such thing as too much comfort. The living room is tastefully decorated to create an easygoing coastal feel. A stylish sofa and chairs make it a perfect place to gather and plan out the day’s activities. Plenty of tropical indoor plants enhance the feeling of tranquility. Beveled glass doors beside the dining room table give you a view of the lush garden outside. The bright, airy kitchen contains barstool chairs and a marble tabletop, along with all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare anything from a formal dinner to a tray of cocktails to bring out to the lanai. Reviewer Comments: This sweet little house needs some TLC. As a rental, it is what I expected. The smallest house in a great neighborhood but within walking distancesdistance to the beach. The pool temp was fine, furnishing all worked and the showers had great pressure and hot water. We utilized the garage and the remote opener to keep our car out of the sun. The laundry room was key, we traveled from New England and packed light. The kitchen has basics which allowed us to cook and make toast and coffee. For the few minor problems we found Marco Island Vacation Properties to be amazingly attentive and responsive. Their iPhone app reminded us about trash day and gave other important info. For the price, this house was just fine. Very private and quiet. Minutes away from Rose Marina, Publix and many restaurants. My rating is mostly based on location and value. As a rental, it is what I expected. The smallest house in a great neighborhood but within walking distancesdistance to the beach. The pool temp was fine, furnishing all worked and the showers had great pressure and hot water. We utilized the garage and the remote opener to keep our car out of the sun. The laundry room was key, we traveled from New England and packed light. The kitchen has basics which allowed us to cook and make toast and coffee. For the few minor problems we found Marco Island Vacation Properties to be amazingly attentive and responsive. Their iPhone app reminded us about trash day and gave other important info. For the price, this house was just fine. Very private and quiet. Minutes away from Rose Marina, Publix and many restaurants. My rating is mostly based on location and value. Tub surfaces slippery,dining room seats sagging, some towels with holes. Beach access difficult. Blackness around ceiling vents. Light switches need to be labeled. Loved the lanai and pool. Property managers responded quickly to getting pool temp up and replacing the numerous burnt out bulbs and tv issues. Other properties we have stayed in past had an assortment of games puzzles and books and beach chairs. While not necessary they gave a very welcome vibe to renters. ##### William R. There was no garbage disposal contrary to what was on the description 2\. Would have liked the pool to be warmed up for our arrival. It was 69 deg when we got there and took two days to get to 86 3\. Pool not heated as advertised . they say it is heated to 85° but Pool never even reached high 70s so cold we could not use it. Surveillance cameras all over the property which is definitely a privacy issue and all of the plumbing has issues including the bathtubs which if you don’t take a fast shower will completely fill. Lanai covered in bird droppings and leaves concrete pool patio cracked and the deck for the Pier is pulling away from the dock wall other than that just a wonderful experienced and the beds are hard as rocks so any potential renters out there beware of this property. We wish the pool had been heated. The water was about 65-70 while we were there. The bed sizes were not as advertised. The master has a queen and the two other bedrooms have full sized beds. The beds were not that comfortable. The kitchen utensils need to be updated. No decent knives. The cookware wasn't great. Would be nice to have a new scrubby sponge instead of an old worn out one. Little touches are missing like tissue boxes and a limit of two TP in each bathroom. No shampoo, etc. The furniture is stained. Needs some updating. TV's in each bedroom and living room but no DVD player. The cable didn't include sports channels my husband was looking for. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the price was reasonable. The house is roomy and worked well for two to three couples if you don't mind sleeping in full sized beds! ##### Naomi T. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the home was ok and the location is nice but the beds were miserable. We strongly considered leaving early because they were so uncomfortable. The kitchen is not well stocked either. I think a few upgrades could make for a great rental. We couldn’t find the iron and the owner got one to us the next morning which was great. ##### Wendy B. Walking distance to tiger tail beach. Great that house had a boat dock and that dolphin marina drops off and picks up for boat rentals. House was very 70s but clean. Outdoor decks and dock are kind of dangerous. They are all warped and need replacement. Not recommended for people with small children. Pool area was nice but pool was too cold the entire time. TVs were good. Property itself lacked landscaping in general but more specifically privacy landscaping around the pool area . Beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were not great. Kitchen lacked some basics...additional plates , scissors plastic reusable cups . House needed some work..tree growing out of lanai. The location was nice and overall the place was clean, but the beds and furniture were uncomfortable and the house was sparsely decorated. Multiple light fixtures had bulbs that did not work. Could have used more furniture around pool area as well as shrubbery for privacy. And the pool itself was not heated as advertised. A call to the management company did not remedy the situation as no one came out to fix the heater.
