They were very responsive to the few things we had at check in. We've rented on Marco Island for many years and love the location of the Essex S end. The condo was as pictured plus came with a few new things such as a new Keurig Coffee Maker, new Toaster, plenty of cookware, utensils, etc. We've stayed in more updated condos in the past but did not find this one to be lacking terribly. After the hurricane, many owner's storage units were musty/moldy and we advised this owner to clean his out. This didn't impact our trip but others may want to use those items typically available such as beach chairs. If renting this one - best to ask if this has been done yet.
