### Coastal Waterfront Home | Pool Spa and Dock

Tucked along a tranquil canal and framed by palms and tropical landscaping, this 2,000-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom waterfront retreat combines relaxed island style with resort-style living. Bright, modern, and filled with coastal charm, it’s the perfect home base for family gatherings or group getaways on Marco Island. It sleeps eight, with one king bed, one queen bed, one queen-over-queen bunk bed, a sleeper sofa, and three bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.  
  
The spacious living room sets the tone for comfort with a sectional sofa that converts into a sleeper, chairs arranged around the television, and even bean bag seating for laid-back lounging. Sliding glass doors extend the living space out to the lanai, where canal views and island breezes blur the line between indoors and out.  
  
The open kitchen is both functional and social, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and barstool seating. A pass-through window connects directly to the lanai, making it easy to serve fresh ingredients for outdoor meals or cocktails by the pool. Enjoy sit-down dinners at the formal glass dining table, where wide windows frame the waterway beyond.  
  
The master suite is styled with an ocean theme and includes a king-sized bed, ample storage, direct lanai access, and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and garden views, while the third is perfect for families with its queen-over-queen bunk bed and the same lush garden backdrop. An additional bathroom provides added comfort and convenience.  
  
Step outside to your private resort-style lanai, where days are filled with sun and relaxation. Lounge beneath the ceiling fan, gather for meals at the outdoor tables, or enjoy the heated pool and hot tub framed by converging canal views. Fire up the gas grill for a family barbecue, rinse off in the outdoor bathroom, or head to the private dock, where you can fish, tie up your boat, or simply watch dolphins and manatees glide past.
