About this property

Closest private rental home to beach access and JW Marriott! 3 minute walk!

  • Under new ownership, this beach house is less than a five minute walk to the beach access to Crystal Beach. This is very close to the JW Marriott, and is an uncrowded part of the beach. It is so close that you can walk home for lunch!
    The house has been renovated with a granite kitchen and bathrooms. The house has 3 bedrooms with a king, queen and twins. There are three tv's and three dvd players.
    The lanai is quite large and the pool has salt water filtration. Best of all, it is southwest facing so you will get sun late morning and all afternoon! There is a gas grill for your cooking pleasure. There are empty lots on each side of the property which will give you less noise and added privacy.
    Ring Door Bell ..

    There is a washer and dryer. Beach cart, chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc are available for your use. Return from a day at the beach and enjoy the outside shower!

    Cable and internet provided... Everything you need for a fabulous beach vacation!
