Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Dirty beds, dirty laundry left, dog hair, personal items left but no toilet paper. No check in- check out instructions, minimally or nin responsive host. No follow up from VRBO. Could have been a great stay but simple things that should be priority (clean beds, not leaving dirty laundry) we're left. Hot tun/pool were cold and left for guests to figure out, took half the stay to get them to work. Host was unresponsive to messages but called when he needed something, came back during our stay to get something he'd forgotten. Overall, unprofessional by the host amd VRBO(still waiting over 24 hrs later for a follow email they said they would send after filing complaint with them)
