We woke up one morning to dolphins feeding off of the private dock! The host was also very communicative and extremely helpful with the house and surrounding areas. Marco Island is not huge, so restaurants are pretty close by. When we visited in October, it seemed like nearly all the nearby houses were vacant so it was really quiet at night. There were bikes provided and that turned out to be a real treat as you can bike through the various nearby neighborhoods. The pool area is very relaxing, with views of the canal and the tropical landscaping. The property manager was attentive but we had no needs or issues.
