Breezy Condo | Deluxe Pool & Private Beach Access

Everything you need for the tropical vacation of a lifetime is just a short walk from this 4th floor, 690 square foot condo on the south end of the Island. It sleeps four, with one queen bed, one sleeper sofa and one bathroom.

Stroll down to the Beach Club’s private access gate that takes you to the warm sands and turquoise waters of the Paradise Coast, with its endless water sports and activities. This condo gives you everything you need for a day at the beach, including an umbrella, beach chairs, cooler and beach towels.

Feel like celebrating your perfect day in the tropics with dinner and a movie? Another short walk takes you to Marco Walk Plaza, the Island’s premier shopping destination, filled with clothing boutiques, spas, salons, restaurants and so much more.

You’re also a short walk from one of the Island’s favorite attractions – Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden.

The Beach Club is renowned for being a luxurious yet laid-back community, filled with amenities like a spacious heated pool, where you can relax on a sun lounger or use one of the gas grills to enjoy a poolside barbeque on palm tree-shaded tables. The Beach Club also offers racquetball, shuffleboard and a social room with fun-filled activities.

Tropical paradise continues to surround you inside the unit. The coral-hued tile floor is lit up by the sun, creating an easygoing coastal feel enhanced by decorative touches like beach-themed paintings, potted palms and tropical flowers. The furnishings are as comfortable as they are stylish.

The summer kitchen is fully stocked with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a family dinner to a tray of cocktails to sip on the balcony as the setting sun casts palm tree shadows on the grounds below.

The bedroom offers a wall-mounted television, along with ample closet and drawer space. The window overlooks the Beach Club grounds, so you’ll fall asleep to warm, fragrant breezes from the tropical gardens below.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and clean apartment. My only complaint is the bed. It is so hard and not comfortable at all. It was hard to fall asleep the first night because it was so bad. A mattress pad would do wonders. Other than the bed, it was great. There were chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, cooler and a beach cart for you to use as well. Would recommend.

Reviewer Comments: I liked the property enough to book for next year, but there are a few things that could be improved. #1 the bathroom faucet leaks water all over the top of the counter. #2 Remove the mold from around the base of the shower. #3 Replace the frayed and worn bath towels. #4 should really have an outlet next to the kitchen table #5 the couch saw its better days years ago! It is worn to the point that it creaks and groans every time you sit down or get up. #6 last but not least, The rent on the unit is starting to be priced out of reach, even though I know that there is always someone willing to pay the higher price. I have been faithful to this unit for the past 3 or 4 years, and have booked for next year

Loved the Balcony

Great location and the screened in balcony had a nice view and was like having an extra room. We would definitely stay here again, but I wish the TV was updated, so that I could have streamed some shows. We didn't use it, but would have liked to.

The property was very clean and well stocked. The location is fantastic. It’s on the fourth floor. There is an elevator. We weren’t informed of that and lugged everything up the stairs! It was very quiet until Saturday. A large group came off the beach and partied at the pool until after midnight. So loud we couldn’t have a conversation all the way up on the fourth floor. There is no management on property. The group saw our shocked faces so we felt uncomfortable calling the management company. I don’t think they were even staying at the complex. But there’s nobody checking on anything!

Clean quiet condo with easy access to everything you need

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, the condo rent is less than half of what a room directly across the street rents for, and we had everything we needed to do some light cooking, laundry (coin operated) and the pool was wonderful and not crowded. We really enjoyed boating on Marco island, so many dolphins! We also drove to Naples (about 35-40 mins) to rent boats, do some charter fishing, shop at the outlet mall. It was a nice relaxing warm getaway!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Beach Club 403 and were very impressed with the cleanliness, the amenities included with the unit and the beautiful balcony view. The condo is in great condition just as shown in all the pictures and also includes beach chairs, an umbrella and a cart to haul it all to the beach. The pool and surrounding pool area were very well kept and the grills were a great bonus to be able to use by the pool. The pickleball courts were great to be able to use and the private beach access across the street was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay. Only downside was the bed was a very firm.

It is decorated nicely and makes really good use of a somewhat small space. The building this condo is in seems a little bit older, but is very clean and has been kept up incredibly well. I thought the location is perfect because of the easy access to the beach. We had a rental car and used it to drive to restaurants and shops, but the area does have great sidewalks and is great for walking and biking. I emailed and texted the rental company and found them very friendly, professional, helpful, and quick to reply.

Everyone was extremely friendly that we talked to/ texted with. The only negative was that it could have been cleaned a little better. Upon opening the pull out couch, we found chip crumbs all over it. This wasn’t too bad because we had to put the sheets on before sleeping. It was very convenient to get to the beach where our other family was.

I was going to give the property a one star review because I want the unit to be available next time I come here. That wouldn’t be fair. It’s a great unit one of the better I’ve rented comfortable, reasonable, great location, and great beach area. Maybe not the most plush high end but don’t be a tool. I liked that it had beach chairs and carrier to take to the beach. All in all if I come back to Marco will look for this unit.
