This 2,200 square foot house sleeps eight, with one king bed, two queens, a sleeper sofa and 2.5 bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, just a short drive from beaches, shopping and other island attractions. The spacious lanai overlooks converging waterways, giving you a postcard-worthy view of palm trees reflecting off the still surface of the water. Go down to your own private dock and get acquainted with your new neighbors the seabirds and the jumping fish. You won’t be sitting there long before you spot a passing dolphin or manatee. The centerpiece of the lanai is a spacious heated pool. The rear southern exposure means the pool gets a full day’s worth of sun. The kids will never want to come in and they won’t have to since you’ve got a gas grill to barbeque up a poolside lunch. Exquisite furnishings perfectly complement the serene waterway outside. The layout was perfect for us with the master bed/bath being on the opposite end of the house from the other 2 bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for eating in. It has a lovely screened in pool/patio that faces south along a canal. The neighborhood is quiet and Mackle Park was just 2 blocks away where there is a walking path around the lake and a nice playground. There is also a community center there which I would definitely check out more if we had more time. It’s about a 1 mile walk to the beautiful beach. Check-in and checkout were a breeze. This may be trivial but I think its the one thing I missed.Pool/yard/dock - all pleseant and well keptDrive - distance to beach too far to walk but you could ride bikes in 1/2 hr. Drive was 5 minutes. Parking all over marco island is expensive and hard to find, especially on weekends. Beds were all comfy. Das Haus ist gut und ruhig gelegen mit direktem Zugang zum Kanal, was toll ist, denn mit etwas Glück kann man dort Delfine sehen :-)Das Haus ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber dennoch Charm. Innen war es ordentlich und sauber. Der Aussenbereich, also die Terrasse und der Pool waren leider nicht so sauber. Dies war sicherlich dem Umstand geschuldet, dass 2 komplette Screens fehlten. Diese wurden zwar am nächsten Tag unseres Aufenthalts repariert. Nach kurzem Kontakt mit der Vermietungsagentur kam der Besitzer selbst und hat den Pool sauber gemacht. Leider waren aufgrund des kaputten Screens viele Moskitos und Käfer auf der Terasse. Alles in allem fanden wir das Haus schön, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, die Eigentümerin war sehr nett und wenn man hier und da ein klein wenig mehr Aufwand reinstecken würde, würde das Haus noch mehr strahlen. ##### Tobias B. Basketball, soccer, ping pong, pool tables, huge play set and even a splash pad for the little ones. As for the house it’s a bit tired. The sheets in the master had no elastic left so they kept coming off. Sheets for the hide a bed had rips in them. Two faucets need finessing to get the water completely off. And where are the tv remotes? We could only find the cable remote so you can’t access Netflix, Disney+, or YouTube. The house was very spacious with great sunshine in the afternoons which is really the most important thing while visiting Florida. We would rent this house again. ##### Esther J. Pictures need updating as they don’t show 2 properties that are right next to the property with one over looking the pool. Mackle park is within walking distance and worth checking out. We stayed in the property throughout hurricane Ian but we a little surprised that the management team didn’t come and check on any damage before we left. While the decor is a bit dated, the layout of the home, the cleanliness, location everything was fantastic and we would stay again! We were treated to two mornings where a dolphin was swimming and diving in front of the pier. Missing it already.
