This home is centrally located to the beach, Mackle Park, Library and Marco Island Historical Museum. Upon entry to the great room, be greeted with sweeping canal views through full wall retractable sliders. Built in 2017, entertain in this exquisitely finished home with a 2021 renovated chef's kitchen complete with a special-order blue Viking stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, soapstone island, polished nickel Perrin & Rowe faucet, and a backsplash of Delft tiles imported from Holland. An oversized pantry and custom hand-painted wet bar complete the space. This home brings the best of privacy and gathering spaces with an open concept great room and dining area as well as a separate den with pocket doors overlooking the front porch. A 2021 renovated bath completes inside luxury updates. Outside, find a pool and jacuzzi on the lush lanai. New shutters and exterior lantern-style lighting enhance the home's Floridian cottage-style charm, while new landscaping provides privacy, and a new Chicago Brick salvaged walkway provides luxurious access to the private dock. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, flat screen TV and entrance to the lanai. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower and lots of closet space. My wife and I stayed for a long weekend getaway and everything was perfect including the pool, spa, and outdoor area with TV. The only thing I would request is for bicycles and a beach cooler to be provided. We ended up renting eBikes from Marco Fun for the week and were able to travel to the beach in 5 minutes.
