Walking distance from many shops, restaurants and the beach. Amazing view from the condo. Perfect for a relaxing vacation getaway. 1- NO parties or events can be hosted at any property. 2- STRICT fire code occupancy must be adhered to at all properties. 3- There is a $ 100.00 one time parking fee that will need to payed directly to property it covers entire length stay. 4- During SEA TURTLE SEASON May-October the blinds must be shut promptly at 9:00pm to avoid a fine to you by the Magistrate of $550.00 per incident. You may sit on patio there is an Amber light but the blinds to the inside of unit must be closed. 5- NO smoking. 6- NO Pets allowed. 7- NO Events, parties or large gatherings. 8- MUST BE at least 25 years old to book. 9- Register you car to perk in the covered parking for a $100.00 fee. 10- Photo ID may be required upon check-in. 11- This property has a maximum occupancy of 5\. 12- Do not have more guest than stated in your reservation. 13- NO Loud Music. 14- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur white on the premises. 15- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. 16- Please do not move any of the decorations. 17- No guest are allowed to enter the unit. 18- Only people who are on the reservation are allowed in the unit. The location was great - right in the middle of everything on the island, and views and access to the beach were just what we expected. The property was well stocked with a full linen closet and probably the most comprehensive kitchen set up that we've seen in a rental in some time. It's clear that the property is prepared for you to live in it comfortably. The other notes about navigating the overall building are pretty accurate, but the check in instructions from the owner were clear and the rules of life in the building weren't that onerous at the end of the day. This particular condo was not as clean as I would like when staying at a VRBO. Bathroom rugs were dirty and floors were not well swept. From speaking to others who stayed in these same high rises, they had very specific checkin and checkout procedures. This condo was a little less specific. Also I would say the management of the overall property, which included 4 towers, are very particular. For example they have many rules about the pool area and have people who circle and make sure everyone is on their best behavior. I see some benefits to this but just making people aware of what you are getting when staying in these towers. They do have great common areas like tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball. The host had a lot of extra soap, shampoo and towels. The view was beautiful and the location was good. It was very challenging getting into though. It was very gated which is fine it just a long time to get in sometimes due to someone new and it created a long line to just drive in. I wish it had laundry in the condo. To do laundry you had to go through a long process. Going for a walk you needed a key just to go on the sidewalk which was a pain. The host was great he answered questions fast and provided us with everything we needed.
