Had everything we needed in it: bedroom with king size bed, living room with a kitchenette and dishes and utensils, so we could cook and eat at home, a restaurant at the ground floor, beach chairs and umbrellas, private swimming pool, garage parking - you name it! The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The sunsets are truly beautiful, but the unit itself needs work. The kitchen is very small and old, although everything we needed was there. The sofa was so uncomfortable that it made it hard to spend evenings inside watching television or reading. The bathroom has been renovated which was nice - just very small. The bedroom has a king with a very soft mattress and needs some additional lighting. The only window in the bedroom faced the walkway by the elevator so we kept the blinds closed. It did get a little loud around 10 pm each night when the Sunset Grille on the 1st floor closed. We love the island and the condo that much!The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful, the condo itself is exceptionally clean as was the workout room and pool area.
