This Condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival. Beautifully remodeled 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath condo directly across the street there is a private entrance to the beach. No need to pay to wash and dry your laundry. This unit has a washer and dryer in the condo. Free Parking one spot assigned. The bedroom has a Queen bed and sleeper sofa in Livingroom. Heated Pool and BBQ area, pickleball area and shuffle board. Free Wifi and telephone in condo. Short walk to restaurants, shopping, the movies and mini golf. EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay. CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. Right across the street from the beach with a private walk down to the beach. Right across the street from Sunset Grill and walking or biking distance to other restaurants and shops. Nice to have washer and dryer in the unit. Only downside to our visit was that there was construction work going on right outside the elevator. Wasn’t to nosy while they were working and they were done by 4pm. Really pay attention to check in because the office of the condo is not the same as the office in the building. It’s right on your way to the condo but just follow the instructions and you’ll be fine.
