The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed on Marco Island before and prefer the south end of the island. The south end is not as congested with traffic and has two access paths to the beach. Even though the south end isn’t as congested it is easily walkable to shops and restaurants.The condominium property is very clean and well taken care of. The pool was warm and had plenty of chairs for seating and lounging. The tennis court has been lined for pickle ball which we were happy with and played daily. Unfortunately, the property didn’t have an outdoor gas grill to use but did have a charcoal grill if you wanted to go through the trouble. The condo itself could use some updating. There is carpet in the master bedroom which was stained and dirty. However the bathrooms and kitchen felt very clean. The condo was supplied nicely with coolers, beach towels, beach chairs and other necessities for the week. Overall we would definitely rent the condo again due to its proximity to beach access, location on the island and amenities. It was a great week! ##### Jan H. This condo had a great location right on the main road. The walk to the beach was short and some eating options and entertainment are a short walk. As always, the weather was perfect.
