very selective basis. The ocean is right outside your balcony and you will have spectacular views
of parasailers, beach activity and unforgettable sunsets. Go to sleep each evening listening to the
waves lap up to shore. Granite countertops are featured throughout the unit with stainless steel
appliances and a first class entertainment system. No pets are allowed and smoking is strictly
prohibited.

Fabulous Condo
This condo is fabulous! It was immaculate and nicely decorated. The master bedroom has a great layout. The 2nd bedroom has a nice little alcove for extra private space. If you are not familiar with the Somerset, it is in a great location with convenient parking and the oceanfront views are spectacular. Harry was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this condo!
