3bd/2ba- Walk to Beach - Large Heated Pool - Great Location

  • Large Heated Pool and all day sun. We have 3BR and 2BA, a family room, living room, kitchen and dining room. Our home is located only .4 miles from TigerTail beach park and also in walking/biking distance of the additoonal public beach access. Located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods on Marco Island. You will not only be able to walk to beaches, but to restaurants too! You will find a well maintained and amply furnished home with plenty of room to enjoy, inside and out. 1 King Bed, 1 Queen and Two Twins. Since the photos have been taken - we have added a veey nice lanai covering the pool and updated kitchen appliances.
