No worries, it's always warm! This upscale home is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the beach by car, 10 minutes by bike (provided), or a 20-30 minute walk. Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures. Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house. No a bid problem that diminished our like of the property. It was a fun experience my girls love it as they sleep in the same room. Everything was close by.
