The house, the pool, the spa and the location – a five minute walk from the beach was perfect. We especially appreciated all the beach amenities that were included – chairs, floats, wagon to carry things, Pickleball rackets – a ping-pong table in the garage and even cornhole. MIVP was also very helpful and even allowed us to send a small Christmas tree that they held for us until we arrived. Restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.were also in close proximity. Very clean. Comfortable furniture. Outfitted with good quality dishes silverware towels and other niceties. Yes it is there!! Google satellite still has not updated to show it is there, but rest assured it is real. Hot tub only worked one time during the stay. We asked the property manager to help and they sent someone out and it was fixed for one time. Then the heater was turned off again and not able to be used. This is part of the evaluation when deciding where to stay and was a large disappointment. Once it was not working again we tried to talk to the property manager but they only communicate during weekdays and during normal business hours. So this left us without a solution over the Labor Day holiday weekend, which was a significant portion of our stay. ##### Jonathan R. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A beautifully presented home, which catered for our every need. Plenty big enough for our extended family, our granddaughters gave us thank you card on our return which said (thanks for the best ever holiday).The of the property was in a good location, it was extremely clean & in great shape. We had a problem getting into the property on arrival and with the toaster during our stay both were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the local management/maintenance staff.
