This 4,100 square foot waterfront house sleeps six, with two king beds, two twins, three full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. It also comes with a three-car garage. As you step through the front door, you’re greeted to the stunning view of the spacious lanai. Out there, splash around in the heated infinity pool or luxuriate in the hot tub. You’ll never need to worry about lunch, since the outdoor grill is always available for a poolside barbeque. As the sun sets, the lanai is the perfect place to relax as the brilliant orange sky surrounds you. And there’s no better way to end the day than enjoying a show on the television around the outdoor fireplace. If you’re a boater, you couldn’t ask for a more perfect location, quick direct access to the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Once inside, you’ll realize that the interior features paradisal, contemporary, and luxurious styles. Coral-inspired tile floors, white recessed ceilings, and stylish furnishings are brightened by the natural light coming through the towering windows. The huge sectional couch provides you with the ideal place to enjoy shows on the television in the living room. To top it all off, the interior opens up to the lanai, so you’ll be able to enjoy both the interior and exterior at the same time. The enormous kitchen features granite countertops and comes fully stocked with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve dinner or a tropical treat on the lanai. A dirty pair of kids underwear were in the laundry room. Pieces of paper towel floating in the pool, along with a few straws and other trash also in the pool.Cleaning crew was still trying to fold some towels when we arrived at 4 p.m. Several towels we had to clean and dry ourselves. This lovely home was nothing less than spectacular! It was very well-appointed and the location was perfect. Close to Publix, restaurants and the beach. Plus having the canal at your back doorstep was pretty awesome. All of the appliances were top notch. As beautifully advertised as the pictures were, they still did not do the home justice!
