Beautiful Pool area with lots of furniture for fun in the sun. Large living room and a separate family room. Office area for your working vacation and large kitchen to prepare meals. Master Bedroom has a King Bed and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, Separate Bathtub. Both Guest Bedrooms have a Queen Bed. The Den has a sleeper sofa for children. No Garage Use; parking on driveway Lift not available EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will loose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back. We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID ATTENTION: READ MESSAGE BELOW BEFORE YOU BOOK. This house is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee.
