"Friendly, helpful staff allowed us in our room more than an hour before check-in. Room was clean as was bathroom. We had an issue returning to our room that evening when the battery that allows electronic key to open went bad. It could not be fixed that night, but a staff member got us into the room, changed it for one down the hall, and offered to help move our luggage. These things happen, and they reacted well. Breakfast in the morning was very good and worth the 15 Euros."
